This portal processes individual creditor claims from FTX-restricted jurisdictions. It's a gate-locked flow — each step must be approved before the next unlocks. Plan on roughly 30–60 minutes for the first pass, plus time for admin review between steps.

Provide USDC payout address
High-risk jurisdictions (RU, BY) must use a named CEX address.
Receive pre-filled agreement
We generate, admin reviews, then you download and sign.
Sign initial 1 USDC invoice
After the agreement is released, sign the initial payment invoice.
Sign balance payment invoice
Admins may release one balance invoice or a payment series.
Mandatory 2FA. You'll set up an authenticator app right after registering.
5-attempt cap. Rejected steps can be resubmitted up to 5 times before manual escalation.
Write-only. You submit documents but cannot view, download, or retrieve them once submitted.
One claim per person. Use your full legal name as it appears on the claim.
